Currently, we do not entertain any sort of "Testing" activity, as still we are in process of stabilizing "Monarch PMT".

As far as your query, let me put down in order, including its workaround:

• set demo machine & help team to solve customer problem

  For this we have our Tracker as "Support", you can create the entire issues as support issue.¶

  and later when time logging, "Activity" can be set as "Development" OR "Reviews".¶

• manual testing, before giving it to "Testing team"

  I guess this is a normal development routine, irrespective of any "Tracker", "Activity" can be "Development".¶

Please remember, we are still in learning phase of the tool, and filling in with details at the beginning will create confusions to use it.

Gradually, we will implement all that is required.
